    Tomorrow, Wednesday (November 14, 2023), the House of Representatives will hold its regular session, voting and reading a number of draft laws.
    The session’s agenda, a copy of which was obtained by Baghdad Today, included “a vote on the Chief Public Prosecutor and the Head of the Judicial Supervision Authority, and a vote on the proposed law for the first amendment to the Foreigners’ Residence Law No. (76) of 2017.”
    It also includes "voting on the draft law on compensation for immunodeficiency patients, and voting on the draft law ratifying the basic cooperation agreement between the government of the Republic of Iraq and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization."
     It also includes “the first reading of the proposed law amending the Independent High Electoral Commission Law No. (31) of 2019.”
