    The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs officially approved electronic transactions to bring Arabs and foreigners to work in the country and through approved government outlets, with the aim of ending the phenomenon of their illegal entry.
    Director of the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, Osama Majeed Al-Khafaji, said in an interview with Al-Sabah, followed by Al-Iqtisad News, that adopting electronic transactions officially and through approved government outlets will facilitate and simplify procedures by moving away from stereotypes and usual routine, which in turn reduces the phenomenon of administrative corruption. And the illegal recruitment of foreign workers.
     He stressed the obligation of the auditor to provide all identification documents, specifically to the employer and the authorized person alike, in addition to following up on the authorization of various companies except those licensed and dealing directly with the government, pointing out that the Ministry is working to complete the transactions to correct the situation of foreign workers accurately and quickly in accordance with the instructions and laws in force and in force. On this side.
    Al-Khafaji stated that the aim of the procedure is to establish a work mechanism that shortens the procedures, especially since his ministry has recently relied on automating all its services electronically through the (Mahan) platform, as it is the first government platform in the field of work and vocational training in the country.
    He pointed out that his ministry is implementing the government curriculum in this aspect, which emphasizes the importance of adhering to the applicable laws, which stress the necessity of bringing in foreign workers according to a framework that is compatible with the Iraqi social reality, and not at the expense of national workers and creating real job opportunities for them.
