Since the beginning of its work, she pointed out that this visit comes as a translation of Iraq’s tendency to move in the international coalition file to constructive bilateral relations with the coalition countries, and the Netherlands is one of the countries that fought within the framework of the coalition during the war on ISIS, and that was by a decision voted on by the Dutch Parliament at the time. .



    He stated that "the Netherlands is an important country in the NATO alliance, and it will head the NATO mission in Iraq starting from the middle of this year, and this visit represents a turning point in the ongoing Iraqi-Dutch discussions on the procedures for forming the Iraqi-Dutch Council for Agriculture and Water, as the Netherlands has great and distinguished experience in water management and technology."
