    Security expert Saeed Al-Badri warned on Monday of the danger the Kurds abroad pose to Iraqi national security, especially since some parties worked to attract them to their advantage in order to obtain a number of votes through them during the elections.

    Al-Badri told Al-Maalouma, “There is information indicating that there are Kurds who were displaced from their countries and were attracted by Masoud Barzani in order to benefit from them for electoral purposes and change the political and demographic map of some regions.”
    He added, "The entry of Kurds from abroad and granting them Iraqi citizenship is a dangerous matter that affects Iraqi national security, and this matter requires the government to research and investigate it and find out its repercussions and the goals that are intended to be implemented after integration into Iraqi society."
    He stated that "some Kurds from abroad entered Iraq and come from forces classified as terrorist, and this is a matter that needs to be addressed as it causes concern to Iraq and other countries, and may endanger the country's security." Ended 25 n
