    [size=45]The Parliamentary Services Committee announced the most important current government projects, while setting the maximum time frame for their completion, and confirmed that the government is taking very important steps to move the service reality for the better.[/size]
    [size=45]The head of the Parliamentary Services Committee, Ali Al-Hamidawi, said, “The current government projects are important projects and deal with important files, as Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani looks at each governorate on the basis of the problem it suffers from, such as Baghdad, which suffers from the road problem, and therefore there is government interest in the road sector.” Among the projects to relieve traffic congestion and the suspended train, as for the districts and outskirts of Baghdad, they suffer from the problem of infrastructure, as government projects went towards completing the infrastructure, including the large strategic project for the drainage of the six districts, which is a giant project.”[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Hamidawi added, “There are other projects in the rest of the governorates as well, including Basra Governorate, such as the Basra Water Desalination Project, which is one of the important projects in the governorate that has been suffering for decades from salinity and unsuitability for drinking water, in addition to infrastructure projects in the districts of other governorates.”[/size]
    [size=45]Regarding housing sector projects, Al-Hamidawi explained that “the country today needs 4,000,000 housing units, as the government has targeted new city projects, which are among the important projects that address the housing problem and move the wheel of the economy,” noting that “the government is taking very important steps towards transferring the service reality.” "Iraqi for the better."[/size]
