    [size=45]Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, Masrour Barzani, confirmed that the Kurdistan Region has fulfilled all its constitutional obligations and that no violation of its rights can be justified.[/size]
    [size=45]Barzani’s office stated in a statement received by Al-Mada, “The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, received the US Ambassador to Iraq, Alina Romanowski.”[/size]
    [size=45]According to the statement, the meeting stressed “the necessity of respecting the federal entity of the Kurdistan region, and sending its financial rights through the regional government, in addition to discussing the progress of the (my bank account) process.”[/size]
    [size=45]Barzani stressed, “The Kurdistan Region has fulfilled all its constitutional obligations, and therefore any violation of its rights stipulated in the Constitution cannot be justified clearly and unambiguously.”[/size]
    [size=45]For her part, the American ambassador expressed her “full support for resolving the outstanding problems between the Kurdistan region and the federal government through dialogue and under the umbrella of the constitution.”[/size]
    [size=45]The meeting discussed the importance of holding Kurdistan Parliament elections, and in this regard, Barzani said, “We have been in favor of holding elections for two years, and we renew our support for holding legal, legitimate, and constitutional elections in conditions that guarantee their legitimacy, integrity, and transparency.”[/size]
    [size=45]At the conclusion of the meeting, the two sides agreed on the need to overcome obstacles and impediments to the electoral process, according to the statement.[/size]
