[size=52]Parliamentarian settles controversy over tampering with 2024 budget schedules[/size]
[size=45]Member of Parliament Zahra Al-Bujari denied allegations of tampering with the 2024 budget tables.[/size]
[size=45]Al-Bujari said, “The 2024 budget tables came out of the House of Representatives after their approval and reached the Presidency of the Republic, where they were ratified and this file was closed.”[/size]
[size=45]She added, "There is no manipulation of the budget tables, and talking about this issue is a challenge to the approval of the presidency."[/size]
[size=45]Al-Bujari considered the statements of some representatives in this regard as “responsible for their statements and not everything they say can be considered true.”[/size]
[size=45]Earlier, a member of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, Moeen Al-Kadhimi, accused some members of the House of Representatives of tampering with the budget tables after approving them and then sending them to the Council of Ministers, while he pointed out that investigations are ongoing and those who tampered will be held accountable.[/size]
