The Ministry of Planning announced today, Thursday, the cancellation of the paragraph of receiving the files of contracting companies and contractors in paper form, and the transition to the electronic aspect.
The Director General of the Legal Department, Hana Ismail Al-Asadi, said in a statement by the Ministry received by /Al-Maalouma/ Agency, that "based on the approval of the Minister of Planning, Mohammed Ali Tamim, of the minutes and recommendations of the Contracting Companies and Contractors Classification Committee No. (122) on the first of August, it was decided to cancel the paragraph of receiving the files of contracting companies and contractors in paper form, and the receipt of those files will be electronic."
She added, "Based on Cabinet Resolution No. (24473) of 2024, the Ministry of Planning has begun renewing and transferring contracting companies to the second and first degrees without any condition."
