Korea National Oil Corporation announced on Thursday that it imported more than 65 million barrels of Iraqi crude oil during eight months of the current year.
The company stated in a table reviewed by "Al-Eqtisad News" that "Saudi Arabia came first in the quantity of oil exports to South Korea from January until last August, with a quantity of 224.708 million barrels, while the United States came second with 120.889 million barrels, and the Emirates third with a quantity of 94.157 million barrels."
She added, "Iraq came in fourth place, exporting to South Korea during the eight months mentioned an amount of 65.107 million barrels, up 12% from the same period last year, which amounted to 58.137 million barrels."
The company indicated that "Kuwait came in fourth place with a quantity of 62.696 million barrels, and Qatar came in fifth place with a quantity of 41.775 million barrels."
