     Confirmed the appearance of Mohammed Saleh Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said in a statement that «the state and post-crisis experienced by the country began to take over the private sector, particularly the private productive sector, especially important priority.
     Saleh said in a statement ((eighth day)) that "the existence of a significant shift in the overall vision of the Iraqi government and the state now that he is no longer possible to rely on the policies under which the moving state, which the government holds whereby everything including the provision of the most basic types of services to citizens, and thus there are plans to move away from this. »
    Saleh pointed out, that «the productive side is the other will be privatized except the sovereign of production such as oil, while other types of production will be either a partnership with the private sector or the whole turns into this sector, especially the production of state enterprises and most of the Ministry of Industry, where the state pays the salary of staff and workers without work », indicating that« the number of these state-owned enterprises are 92 economic facilities, including 72 belonging to the Ministry of Industry and employs approximately 7,000 workers, all now paid salaries from the state, while it is quite Off ».
