    [ltr] The White House announced on Tuesday that US Vice President Joe Biden will deliver a speech "Whatever," the day after tomorrow, Thursday, as pointed out that the speech would address "the challenge" in attempts to "defeat" for al Daash in Iraq and efforts to build a government "more inclusive ". 
    The White House said in a statement seen by "time", "The US Vice President Joe Biden will deliver an important speech the day after tomorrow, Thursday, on the progress that has been made so far to strengthen the Iraqi government and strengthening the capacity of the army."
    He said the White House, that "Biden's speech will address the challenge in attempts to defeat al (Daash) in Iraq and efforts to build a more inclusive government." 
    Biden's speech comes in the week before the expected visit of Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to Washington where he will meet US President Barack Obama.
