    in order to communicate with the largest number of customers and attract them to deal with the banks, in order to create a new culture in the banking behavior initiated the Iraqi private banks association to organize cycle to raise the bank staff capabilities in a detailed dealing with the customer, lured included 37 trainees from 37 banks. 
    Executive Director of the Association of Iraqi private banks Ali Tariq pointed out that the future plan of the Association of moving towards raising the efficiency of human resources in the private banking sector, pointing to the staff response with a lecturer at the first training session to organize in order to activate the relationship between the customer and the beneficiary and which will come eaten during the period Almqublh.tarq said: The Association heading to the advancement of banks own and make it capable of harmony and the requirements of the Iraqi economy through the promotion of all the joints of the work and products provided to customers. 
    lecturer at the session Amjad intense international expert in the banking deal said »Sabah« that Iraq is expanding in private banks the field, and the Movement of the Iraqi economy needs a banking sector that provides advanced services and has the ability to handle all the customers on the differences individuals and companies. And he stressed the importance of expansion valuable set up courses dealing with the customer, where this trend represents an important step in attracting the largest number of customers, adding that private banks need to advancement in the detailed receive customers, which is one of the main pillars of competition between global and regional banks in this area. 
    Ahmed Hashemi, Director of Training at the Iraqi private banks association said that the training course is the first of its kind in this area, pointing out that it is the first episode of the series Tdrbah courses longer have Association under a plan in this Amajal.alhashima pointed out that the ASEAN Plan of Implementation contains two sessions per month with jurisdiction to include the largest number of Moazvin, stressing the participation of more than 37 staff to acquire the knowledge to deal with the customer that rely on local and international banks .ofatt that future sessions will be keen to be practically and theoretically to raise the participants' experiences of training and be intense during several days ,.
