Came these new statements by Putin that the US be published next Sunday, "CBS 'station before his arrival to the United Nations General Assembly next Monday, where he is scheduled to meet in New York, US President Barack Obama.
In response to a question by a journalist in the 60-minute program broadcast by the station on whether the goal is to "save" the al-Assad, the Russian president replied: "Certainly you're right."
Putin added: "I think every business flowing in this direction, who aim to destroy the Syrian government will create a situation we've seen in other countries in the region or in other regions, for example in Libya, where all official institutions have been destroyed. We saw a similar situation in Iraq. "
The Russian president also stressed that "no other solution to the Syrian crisis only to strengthen government structures and to help in the battle against terrorism," referring to the war against al-Daash[/size]
