Sayegh said that "the government is required to build strategic plans for the operation of the private sector and out of the economic crisis", adding that "foreign loans contribute to the exit from the financial crisis if it does not employ to meet the shortfall in the budget."
He explained that "the Ministry of Planning classified projects implemented does not appear any financial returns." It ended 29/34 R.
