    Revealed the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, on Tuesday, said a committee to restructure the state-owned public companies aimed at the study of the mechanisms pertaining to self-finance companies thoroughly and make Rabhaa.

    He said ministry spokesman Abdel Wahed al-Shammari's / balances News /, that "this committee was formed late last year, by order of the Council of Ministers and includes most of the ministries that have self-financed companies to discuss and develop new mechanisms to which they relate, since she is suffering at the moment from a lack of financial allocations for the completion of projects and pay the staff. "

    Shammari said, "Through this committee would like to activate the work of these companies and making them profitable to be able to provide its members' salaries and check financial resources which it can go work, and to make public companies organizational units operate according to the principles of market economy and enjoy the products of high competitiveness."

    He said he "was identified a future meeting of this committee in order to put thoughtful, effective and recommendations from all sides and then brought by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for approval, which will turn positive recommendations of mutual benefit both for the same company or to its employees real contexts."

    He said, it would "hold meetings permanently, and has contacts with all ministries, as it includes (Ministry of Finance, electricity and planning, Office of Financial Supervision and the Integrity Commission), also chaired by the Minister of Industry Mohammed Darraji."

    It is noteworthy that the committee made several recommendations to the state of the various legislative, judicial and executive authorities to provide facilities and cooperation in the reorganization of the business environment and economic services.
