    Chairman of the Human Rights Committee MP Arshad al-Salihi day Saturday, 03/05/2016 said that the Human Rights Commission participated actively develop substantial amendments to the draft general amnesty law sent by the government in accordance with human rights principles in order to give them an opportunity for all Iraqis reintegrating them back into the the community to be good stewards in which individuals and especially that the current situation requires a societal reconciliation including parallels with the exception of the rights of victims who Tltkhhm Aadaihm with the blood of Iraqis.

    MP Al-Salhi said that the Committee had raised their recommendations on the draft amendment to the leaders of the fundamental blocks and CCAMLR presidency for adoption in parliament soon.
