Alliance MP//abdolhossein Al-yasiri, the absence this year of balancing

financial abundance in the budget year (2012).
He said Al-yasiri
(News News Agency): General Budget Act set material States that the
fiscal deficit if any balance paid through financial availability
achieved the previous year or the use of the external debt of the
International Monetary Fund and internal debt from cash reserves.
He
added: the budget year (2012) achieved financial abundance by
increasing oil prices and rotate some funds allocations of ministries
and provinces is payment of the fiscal deficit in the budget year (2013)
and an estimated 19 trillion Iraqi dinars, so it should be free of
budget deficits.
The Ministry of Finance has announced that the
proposed budget for the year (2013) (113) billion dollars (138) trillion
Iraqi dinars and a deficit estimated at 19 trillion dinars, and the
price of crude oil (90) dollars per barrel.
The Cabinet sent the budget to the lower House for debate and a vote./finished/8 n. p.
