    [rtl]Member of the Commission declared the parliamentary culture and media, on Friday, that the draft law of the rights of journalists became ready for a vote if the Council to resume its normal, indicating that it imposes reciprocal obligations to guarantee the rights of journalists and media institutions in which they work.[/rtl]
