    The President of the House of Representatives Saleem al-Jubouri, told a news conference in Sulaimaniya, on Sunday, that "No one may be held parliamentary sessions without the participation of the Kurds of Representatives," who declared earlier not to return to Baghdad to participate in the sessions, but the existence guarantees.
