    He said the parliamentary Finance Committee member Jabbar al -Abadi that the decline in oil prices produced a significant difference between Iraq 's revenues and expenses , stressing at the same time that the country overcome thehardest stage on employees 'salaries.  
    The Abbadi said in a statement that the government is forced to accept to negotiate with the International Monetary Fund conditions for borrowing from it, noting that among these conditions, a reduction in the federal budget, and the Ministry of Finance announced last Saturday that the Iraqi delegation arrived in Jordan to meet with IMF experts and discuss the financial crisis in the country with them.
