determine the goals and programs of action of these councils according to the

this regard, said the National Alliance MP Abdul Hussein Abtan in an interview

supposed to be harmonious and effective and meet the needs of the citizens in
the area of services, stressing that the local governments to improve the

wider participation and standardization of programs and agree on a unified

Zobaie
said that the citizen realized that the political system is looking for rancor
and violence and encourages corruption and therefore, the citizen does not feel
that he is safe with the current political figure.
He
demanded Zobaie future governments to achieve social justice and provide for
citizen services, explaining that the Constitution
pointed out that
