He warned the international coalition led by the United States against al Daash of "any outside work" in the races without the consent of his government in Baghdad.
He said coalition spokesman Colonel Steven Warren in a televised statement that "no nation can enter Iraqi territory without the approval of his government, and any strength you want to enter Iraq must be invited and his government's approval and any action or intervention is outside its approval would create a complicated situation."
He added, "What do other countries in the relationship with the Iraqi government is not our concern."
Warren denied "the existence of US bases in Iraq," noting that "our consultants are located along ethnic forces in their bases, and the defeat of Daash would be no need for the presence of US advisers in Iraq."
He pointed out that the international coalition, "Iraqi forces will be equipped with weapons and equipment with a value of one billion dollars," he said. "All what we have presented to the people of Anbar tribes have been with the knowledge of the Iraqi government."
And between, that "it is very difficult to determine the timeframe for defeating al Daash and defeat it once and for all, but this will be achieved and Ojdona will contribute to this, but we need time."
