revealed weekly report issued by the Iraq Stock Exchange on the rise in the number of shares traded and a rise in the total value of shares traded for the week ending on Thursday.
He said the weekly report of the Stock Exchange, seen by the «morning»: The total number of shares traded for the 14.505 billion shares week compared with 4.436 billion shares for the week past as recorded an increase of226.96 percent over the previous week. value of the shares , adding that the total value traded for this week , stocks rose by 79.83 percent compared to last week , despite adecline in the market index by 1.45 Palmihan closed the previous week when it closed at 511.86 points. He said the value of shares traded during the week 5 billion and 730 million dinars , compared with 3 billion and 186 million dinars last week.
