[ltr]State of Law coalition leader Nuri al-Maliki, Wednesday, called on the judiciary to take its role in the investigation of what happened in the interrogation of Defence Minister Khaled al-Obeidi session.[/ltr]
[ltr]Maliki said in a statement his office had received / balances News / copy of it, "questioning officials under the dome of the parliament to exercise democratic and civilized style of control," noting that it "should take place within the framework of legal norms and behaviors sober."[/ltr]
[ltr]He added, "We hope that the recent questioning in parliament completed a legal way but after what happened the demands of the Iraqi judiciary to take its role in the investigation and to hold negligent," calling on political forces to "respect for the House of Representatives and support in the performance of his duties oversight."[/ltr]
[ltr]It was considered the leader of a coalition of state law that "obstruct the interrogation sessions by some is unacceptable is not in the interest of reform."[/ltr]
