Supreme Judicial Council announced recognition protect Regiment
commander and Finance Minister leader of the Iraqi List, Rafie al-Issawi
to committing terrorist acts.
The channel quoted by the semi-official Iraqi spokesman Judicial
Council, Abdul Sattar Bayraktar said Friday that "the Central
Investigation Court issued arrest warrants against the commander of the
