He confirmed the Kurdistan Alliance, Ahmed Sarhan Sarhan, on Wednesday, the inclusion of the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil in the budget next year.
Ahmed said in an interview (Journal News) "The oil agreement has been included in the budget year terms in 2017, that the province receives its share of the agreed 17%."
"The region's share in the previous budgets were dead, which led to an economic crisis in the province Paper and hope that next year's budget will be the year of understandings between Arbil and Baghdad."
Signed at the Oil Ministry (12.02.2014) an agreement with the Kurdistan region provides for the export of the provincial government of oil from Baghdad by the federal government in exchange for disbursement region's share of the budget, amounting to 17%, but the two sides exchanged accusations over violation Alag.anthy
