    Next year, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries warned of Petroleum (OPEC), on Wednesday, increasing excess oil unless members implemented a deal to cut production from record levels, and also what the producers did not apply outside the organization pledges to reduce production made at the beginning of the week.
    OPEC said in a monthly report, the Member States of the Organization, pumped 33.87 million barrels a day last month, up 150 thousand barrels for the month of October, according to figures compiled by OPEC from secondary sources.
