    Twilight News / Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar said on Allaibi on Thursday that he hoped to consider introducing a new round of bids oilfields before the end of this year.

    Luaibi told reporters in a conference in Abu Dhabi that the Oil Ministry now believes that the tender for the development of new oil fields will not be possible before the comprehensive assessment is completed, adding that he hoped this happens by the end of 2017.

    Allaibi He added that his country is committed to the producing countries to cut oil production, which was reached in December, but insisted that Iraq should have been excluded from the agreement.
