    announced the head of the security committee in Basra province Jabbar al - Saadi , onMonday, that the tribal conflicts in the province will recede after the liberation of thecity of Mosul and the elimination of the " Daesh ", pointing out that the abundance ofweapons to the tribes is one of the causes of these conflicts occur. 

    Saadi said in an interview with Alsumaria's News, said that "tribal conflicts taking place in Basra , most of them caused by problems with social differences, is the abundance of weapons among the clans one of the causes of these conflicts occur , " noting that "these new , mostly weapons brought by traders, not from the former army remnants as some imagine. "




    Saadi He pointed out that " the tribal conflicts in the province will recede after the liberation of Mosul and the elimination of al Daesh terrorist , " explaining that "Basra came from a lot of the military and security sectors, and at eliminating Daesh will return to the province to participate in the application of law and order, including the Band fourteen pedestrians, as well as a regiment of police currently resides in the province of Babylon, and another regiment located in the district of Samarra . " 

    The head of the Supreme Committee to resolve tribal conflicts in Basra , Sheikh expresses Muhammadawi announced, in (January 2017 10) that "some areas of the province have seen a clear increase in the tribal disputes with the end of last year and the beginning of the new year in 2017 , " adding that "those disputes and conflicts expected to increase more during the current year for many reasons. " 

    It is said that Basra is hardly a month goes by since 2003 , but has seen a new tribal conflict or renewed conflict tribal Old, usually result in the exchange of fire during that conflict deaths or injuries, and the local government announced in Basra early last year in 2016 for measures to eradicate on this phenomenon include the deportation of the tribes that are repeated disputes of the current regions and isolated in other areas, in addition to confiscation of the weapons used in the conflict, but the local government did not resort practically to the application of those threats, and the contrast of the Supreme Committee was able to resolve disputes through negotiations to address many of the conflicts which confuses the security situation, and two months ago a committee was formed to resolve disputes again headed by chief of operations and includes a number of officers and tribal leaders.
