[ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mansour al-Timimi, of the State of Law Coalition stated that the Union Council will be supplementary to the Legislative and Executive authorities and will achieve the balance among the provinces.[/ltr]
[ltr]In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “Endorsing the Union Council and the Federal Court law drafts will ensure the continuity of the laws and contributing the natural resources equally among the provinces in addition to that the Union Council has the authority to reject the laws endorsed by the parliament.”[/ltr]
[ltr]“The Union Council is supplementary to the Legislative and Executive authorities and will achieve the balance among the provinces,” he concluded.[/ltr]
