Muthanna Health Department revealed that its debt exceeded 45 billion dinars, as indicated that 17 billion of which is the debt of the Department of Electricity, said that the arrears to contractors have become in the custody of the Ministry of Finance.
In a statement Director General of the Department Mohammad Radi said 'that from within the department 's debt of 10 billion dinars from the investment budget in addition to 18 billion as receivables to contractors, noting that the department has formed a special committee working to coordinate with several parties to resolve the issue of arrears as well as a delegation of Contractors to meet the health minister and officials in the Ministry
