Moody's: 50% of the sovereign bonds do not carry "investment rating"

According to "Moody's" Foundation for Investment Services, through a report issued Friday that the proposals of bonds rated investment grade ratio fell to 50% by the end of 2016, compared to 54% in the previous year.
While the report pointed out that in 1993 were all bonds offered globally carry "investment grade rating" in.
