    [rtl]Anbar Governorate has transferred the third site for producing electricity from solar energy to the Emirati company “Masdar”, after Ramadi 1 and 2, and the governorate is considering transferring a fourth site in Hit, to complete the governorate’s share of electricity, which amounts to 750 megawatts.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The official in charge of energy projects in the governorate, Muhannad Nissan, explained in an interview with the official newspaper that “work is still underway to complete solar energy projects in Anbar, by allocating a significant number of lands that can be exploited to produce electrical energy from solar panels,” adding that “The governorate previously referred two sites for investment by the Emirati company Masdar, namely Ramadi 1 and 2, with a capacity of 350 megawatts each.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]Nissan stated that “work is currently underway to add the Amiriyat Al-Samoud site to the same company with a capacity of 300 megawatts,” expressing his hope that “the Emirati company will begin completing these projects soon, especially after completing all requirements related to these sites.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]The official in renewable energy projects continued, “Work is currently underway to transfer the Hit site with a capacity of 100 megawatts to complete the governorate’s share of 750 megawatts,” explaining that “the production of electrical energy through the exploitation of waste is still under study, and we are still studying the exploitation of wind in production.” Electrical energy within the governorate’s lands after identifying promising areas for this.”[/rtl]
