He added that "those who participate today in drawing a vague and dangerous scenario and call for the use of chemical weapons in Syria, are themselves tolerated for the use of the former Iraqi regime of President Saddam Hussein, internationally prohibited weapons against Iranian fighters over the years of war imposed on Iran, so they they arming Saddam in various types of weapons and shared his crime. "
Zarif said that his country condemns the use of this chemical weapons subject to fabricate arguments and boot to carry out illegal practices against the independent peoples and governments, in reference to US threats against Syria and its warning against the use of chemical weapons.
It is worth mentioning that Iran has accused the former Iraqi president, Saddam Hussein and his regime by targeting the city of Sardasht in the western province of Azerbaijan, in 1987, four chemical bombs that have killed about 110 people in addition to the poisoning of thousands.
