Council of Nineveh: trillion dinars, the cost of the reconstruction of the affected areas

Nineveh Provincial Council revealed, Wednesday, about the need to maintain more than one trillion dinars for the reconstruction of the affected areas, adding that he had issued a decision to declare the province a "disaster."
Said Council member Hossam Alabbar, in a statement / information /, said that "many parts of the province have become unfit to live, having exercised Daesh the worst forms of vandalism and destruction," noting that "the reconstruction plan of the local government to be drawn up for the reconstruction of the old city of Mosul , completely differ from the rest of the reconstruction of the areas, the largest being affected, there will be a restructuring of its map by converting part to state property. "
