She stressed that juvenile delinquency is a thorny problem that requires solutions that involve everyone from society, civil society organizations and state institutions.     Al-Dakhili explained that "juvenile delinquency is a thorny problem that requires solutions that involve everyone, starting with society, civil society organizations and state institutions." He added that "the psychological and social effects of this phenomenon on young people and the negative and dangerous effects on society in the areas of crime and theft The spread of drugs, corruption and moral decay ". 
    Al-Dakhili stressed "the role of governmental, religious and social institutions to address and combat these deviations and to take responsibility for addressing and preventing their causes." 
    Al-Dakhili noted that "the problem can not be resolved overnight, and a comprehensive analysis must be undertaken and measures taken to support the events by establishing solid community centers to accommodate young people, develop their skills, and monitor recreational areas."
    The first deputy governor of Dhi Qar stressed "the importance of the role of the family and education in this area, as well as the role of the police in the protection of juveniles and humanitarian dealings with them." 
    Al-Dakhili called on the representatives of the departments to "present their programs of work and listen to the proposals and contributions that they believe are important to reduce juvenile delinquency in the governorate," stressing the importance of distributing roles and presenting the responsibilities of those present. A number of civilian activists attribute the causes of juvenile delinquency to a range of social and economic factors, lack of awareness and lack of government institutions that sponsor youth talents, as well as an unconscious openness on Internet sites.
    "The failure of government institutions to care for young people and young people and the lack of interest in developing their skills and skills in schools has led them to go to cafes, internet centers and other places known for drug abuse and deviant behavior," said civil activist Hassan Ali.

    He also called for activating the youth centers to attract and develop the young talents of the youth, .

He also stressed the need for families to follow up their young and young people while dealing with Internet sites, especially suspicious ones. 
    "The importance of monitoring cafes, internet centers and places frequented by events," Ali said.  
    He warned the civil activist of "the existence of suspicious trends in neighboring countries aimed at dragging young people to drugs and deviation and make Iraq more vulnerable."

    It is noteworthy that the phenomenon of trafficking in narcotic pills has been active in recent years in Iraq because of the loss of control over the sources of manufacturing and supply of drugs, and active the phenomenon among the youth who have been addicted to the use of those pills, which is prohibited in the country and is held accountable under the law.
