"Enabling" program for the rehabilitation of young people from the faculties of management outputs and economy and prepare them in the form that makes them qualified in the financial sector under the supervision of international experience starting promotes the training of my work within the actual field of work to refine the human resources as required and enables them to obtain's share of work fled within this sector.

Executive Director of the Association of Private Banks Tariq Ali said that the launch of "empowerment" program adopted by the Association is an important step towards the rehabilitation of human resources , which is an important focus in the process of economic development. Work programs , he said in an interview for "morning" that the first phase of the program include (50) trainees graduates from the faculties of Administration and Economy recent of wanting to work in the financial sector three years, where they are trained to work programs that enable them to get a suitable job within this jurisdiction and they have the skill required to do so. Tariq pointed out that the training period lasts 17 days are granted qualification certificates in the financial sector, pointing out that the sessions "enable" program provided free of charge to the participants , where the Association of Banks bear the participation fees and accessories. There are in Iraq , a large work force needs to rehabilitate and provide the necessary expertise in many of the terms of reference, and make resources ready to enter the field of employment acquired the necessary expertise in the field of competence. New ideas Tariq noted that this program is the first Bmrahlth targets (250) trainees that the other stages of the organization of new ideas to help human resources to gain new experiences and make them supportive elements effectively to the process of economic development sought by Iraq. He said this approach adopted by the Association came in line with the private sector , which is looking for subsidized basic skill in the calculator, language and some administrative matters required by the labor certification owners requirements, and thus the role of these programs will complement the outputs of universities and rehabilitation of these human resources to be appropriate to the requirements of the banking business. The outputs of universities and added to the labor force of nearly one million young people who represent the outputs of universities in various disciplines, which requires them to work force influential and supportive of economic trends and sustainable development. Tariq said that the training program is under the supervision of international experts contracted by the Association where there is cooperation in the field of training with the Microsoft Global Corporation and KPMG Investments, as well as an expert from the Faculty of Business Economics. He also stressed that the exercises are complemented by field practical applications in the financial sector aimed at fine - tuning and commensurate talent and scorer training as well as the requirements of this sector , which is expanding gradually and in parallel with developments in the economic.
