    [rtl]The Nigerian army said its forces killed 11 fighters from the Boko Haramakfiriya group in an operation aimed at expelling "terrorists" from their strongholds in the northeastern state of Borno and rescuing 85 people Boko Haram held hostage in the same state.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Nigerian military spokesman Sani Osman said that "the forces also destroyed a bomb-making plant belonging to terrorists in the Nagala district of the state of Borno in the same operation on Tuesday."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Othman added that "the weapons and ammunition were found from terrorists, including a truck bomb and four explosive vests and many improvised explosive devices, adding that the forces also destroyed the logistics base and workshop for Bucco haram in two villages."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Nigeria has had a landslide success in Boko Haram, where security forces expelled Boko Haram fighters from the Sembessa forest, the largest training camp for the country's armed group.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Boko Haram has been blamed for the deaths of more than 20,000 people and the displacement of 2.3 million others in Nigeria since 2009.[/rtl]
