"The scientists confirm that they have found a planet like Earth, and its temperature supports the possibility of life," the Daily Mirror reported.

The scientists and specialists at the European Union's Southern European Observatory, located in the Chilean state of South America, discovered the new planet, called Ros 128b, orbiting a red dwarf star 11 light-years from Earth.

The biggest problem now is that traveling to the planet with the available means takes 140,000 years, but fortunately it moves toward our solar system so much that scientists say it could become a neighbor of our solar system, but it could take 70,000 years, a very small period for universe standards.

Scientists have confirmed that the new planet is much like the Earth in terms of temperature and the nature of the surface in addition to the size also, although the position of the star, which revolves around the location of the Earth to the sun about 20 times but has little of the radiation of the red dwarf star as it revolves around the star Once every about 10 days.

Most red dwarf stars send exploding x-ray bursts to the nearby planets, which is fatal to humans.
