    [rtl]Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Friday that Russia was ready to discuss the extension of the OPEC + agreement at a meeting of all member states on November 30 in Vienna.[/rtl]
    [rtl]A senior source told Sputnik that representatives of the Saudi side were making an effort to try to extend the decision to cut oil production for another 9 months.[/rtl]
    [rtl]A source close to OPEC said that by 90 percent the extension would be approved and the decision would be announced in November, where the extension would be approved for the proposed time period.[/rtl]
    [rtl]In early November, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak discussed with Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz the decision to reduce the possibility of extension if necessary. Russian President Vladimir Putin had earlier proposed the possibility of extending the agreement until the end of 2018.[/rtl]
