    [ltr]Saudi Arabia's Okaz newspaper accused the State of Qatar of preparing a terrorist plot against Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The plan, which it reveals, is linked to the new terrorism list issued by the country's boycotters to Qatar.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The newspaper said that Doha had allocated 75 million riyals to target Saudi Arabia, in coordination with London-based opposition Saad al-Faqih.[/ltr]
