    The Chairman of the Committee that "the paragraph (petrodollar) in the budget next year looks formal," adding that "the budget law did not include the allocation of anything to Basra from the revenues of border crossings."
    It is noteworthy that the province of Basra complaining of a severe financial crisis because of the many government departments are unable to perform their duties, and stopped dozens of service projects before completion, and the local government has called on several occasions the federal government to pay the dues of the province, and received only a small part, In the last few months, the repercussions of this crisis have emerged more clearly and seriously, as reflected on all activities and service sectors without exception, and the worst consequences of the lack of medicines and medical supplies in hospitals and public health centers, while the Directorate of Education in Basra, Ha, and it warned of the collapse of the entire educational process.
