    [rtl]The United Nations Security Council condemned "the strongest words" bloody massacre committed by "dashing", yesterday, the bombing of a cultural center in the Afghan capital Kabul, which resulted in the death of 41 people and wounding 84  Others.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The Security Council condemns in the strongest terms the heinous and cowardly terrorist attack that took place in Kabul, Afghanistan, which resulted in the deaths of more than 40 people and injuring 80 others," the Council said in a statement."He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Council stressed that "terrorism in all its forms and manifestations constitutes one of the most serious threats to international peace and security"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"Any acts of terrorism are criminal acts that can not be justified, regardless of their motivation, location and perpetrators"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The statement called for "the need to bring perpetrators, organizers, financiers and sponsors of these despicable acts of terrorism to justice"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Security Council urged "all States to cooperate effectively with their obligations under international law and relevant Security Council resolutions with the Government of Afghanistan and all other relevant authorities in this regard"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Members of the Council expressed their deep sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims and to the Government of Afghanistan and expressed their wish for the speedy and full recovery of the injured.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The suicide attack on the Tibian cultural center in Kabul's Puli Sukhta district on Thursday, and its adoption by the terrorist, led to 41 deaths and 84 injuries.[/rtl]
