A member of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives Haitham Jubouri, the government's deduction from the salaries of employees to compensate the deficit in the budget illegal measure in the current year, pointing out that the provisions of the budget of 2017 ended on 31-12-2017. 

"To all state employees and retirees, to deduct any amount from your salaries starting this month (December 2018) is illegal and contrary to the constitution," Jubouri said on his Facebook social networking site Facebook. 

He added that "the provisions of the budget of 2017 ended on 31-12-2017 and according to the Financial Management Act and the provisions of the Constitution, which provided for the annual provisions of the budget and may not be adopted texts after 1 - 2018," stressing "to take the necessary legal procedures in the future "End 25
