(Baghdad: al-Furat News) revealed the Finance Committee parliamentary demands of the coalition of Iraqi forces in the draft financial budget law for 2018.
Committee member Magda Tamimi said in a statement that "the parliamentary finance committee is conducting extensive discussions with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning to amend some controversial material in the general budget and the deputies of the Alliance of forces requests to amend some of the budget items to resolve controversial issues."
And showed that the requests of the Union of forces were represented in the following:
1 - distribution of cash in place of food supplies that have not been handed over to the residents of the provinces and areas that were under the control of gangs Da'ash terrorist.
2 - The obligation of the federal government to transfer the powers contained in Law No. 21 of 2008 and its amendments to the provinces of Iraq, except for the Kurdistan region and obligate the Ministry of Finance to take the necessary measures to apply this article.
3 - Reallocation of funds allocated to the Fund for the Reconstruction of the liberated areas of previous years, which was not disposed of for any reason and added to the funds allocated to the Fund for this year.
4 - Rotate the allocations of the displaced for 2016 saved in the form of secretariats for the displaced and add to the allocations of the current fiscal year of the areas under the control of the gangs and called for the terrorist to restore stability to be distributed according to the proportion of population of these areas.
5- The government shall pay the salaries of the security personnel who are audited in terms of security in the governorates and regions that have been subjected to terrorist gangs
