    [rtl]The Finance Committee of the parliamentary, on Friday, the demands of the Alliance of powers in the draft financial budget law for 2018.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The committee member Majida al-Tamimi said in a statement that "the Parliamentary Finance Committee is conducting extensive discussions with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning to amend some contentious material in the general budget and the deputies of the Alliance of Forces requests to amend some articles of the budget to resolve controversial issues In which"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]And showed that the requests of the Union of Forces were represented in the following:[/rtl]
    [rtl]1-      The distribution of cash instead of the food supplies that have not been delivered to the residents of the provinces and areas that were under the control of the terrorist preacher.[/rtl]
    [rtl]2-        The commitment of the federal government to transfer the powers contained in Law No. 21 of 2008 and its amendments to the provinces of Iraq, except for Kurdistan and to oblige the Ministry of Finance to take the necessary measures to implement this article.[/rtl]
    [rtl]3-      Reallocation of funds allocated to the Reconstruction Fund for liberated areas for previous years which have not been disposed of for any reason and added to the funds allocated to the Fund for this year.[/rtl]
    [rtl]4-      Recycle the allocations of the displaced for 2016 saved in the form of secretariats for the displaced and add to the allocations of the current fiscal year of the areas under the control of the terrorist advocate for the purpose of restoring stability to be distributed according to the proportion of population of these areas.[/rtl]
    [rtl]5-      The government should pay the salaries that are paid to employees who are audited in terms of security in the governorates and areas that have been subjected to terrorist attacks.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Tamimi said that "the Finance Committee continues to hold a series of meetings to listen to the requests of the political blocs," noting that "the meetings also continue with the advanced staff of the Ministries of Finance and Planning in the presence of Prime Minister"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Tamimi added that "the Finance Committee also met with the first and second deputies to the Speaker of the House of Representatives in the presence of the heads of political blocs and a number of deputies representing different provinces," noting that "everyone agreed to overcome controversial articles and accelerate the legislation of the general budget of the country"He said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Tamimi stressed "overcome many of the obstacles to the adoption of the budget during these meetings," pointing out that "things are going well towards the adoption of the budget"He said.[/rtl]
