Council of Ministers announced the decisions of the sixth regular meeting of the forty-year 2013

The Cabinet held its forty-sixth regular in Baghdad on Monday, November 4, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and issued by the Board the following decisions:
1 - Approval of the Ministry of Finance to allocate the amount of $ (1,000,000,000) billion dinars, from the allocations reserves of emergency for the financial year 2013 to Diyala province, for the purpose of compensating people affected by the floods and heavy rains to hit a large number of farms and orchards, and under the supervision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers with providing the records and the names of those affected.
2 - Approval of the credit Karbala (100) billion dinars to cover expenses visits in December and visits Other deducted from the budget of the province for the year 2014, if not achieved a surplus in the budget in 2013 for the implementation of Article (17 / II / P).
3 - to approve the draft law amending the Law fees judicial No. (114) for the year 1981 the auditor by the Council State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and (80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion of the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers, and approve the principle of incentives contained in the bill, that does not exceed this incentives ratio of 100% of the nominal salary.
4 - Approval of the draft law amending the Code of Criminal Procedure No. (23) for the year 1971, the auditor by the State Council and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / item first) and ( 80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
5 - to Grant Foundation Eye for Social Welfare approved fundamentalist recipe public benefit based on the provisions of Article (17 / Item III) of the Law on Non-governmental organizations (12 ) for the year 2010.
6 - to approve the nomination of the province of Basra, the capital of Arab culture in the next phase. ended
