    A member of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, Rahim Darraji, on Sunday, the conditions set by donor countries at the Kuwait Conference for the reconstruction of destroyed cities, which may push the Prime Minister to reject, according to MP.

    Al-Daraji said in a press statement that "the donor countries that participated in the Kuwait conference required that Iraq be granted investment loans against the application of several conditions," noting that "among these conditions is to keep the current government in the upcoming elections, and also neutralize the popular popular terrorist and armed factions "He said.
     
    As for the "fight against corruption in Iraq", the third condition set by donor countries at the Kuwait Conference, he ruled Draghi that "the government can fight half of the file on the corruption of Iraqi officials," as he put it.
     
    Al-Hayat newspaper on Saturday revealed reasons that could push Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to reject the "bulk" of donor countries' loans to Iraq.
     
    The newspaper quoted a source described as the forerunner in the Council of Ministers, saying that "Abadi, intends to reject the bulk of the loans granted to Iraq," indicating that "this comes in accordance with the instructions of the World Bank, which stressed the inability of Baghdad to bear more debt, and Iraq is not obliged to accept These loans in the case of dependence on foreign investment. "
     
    The Kuwait International Conference for the Reconstruction of Iraq, held in Kuwait from February 12 to 14, has raised $ 30 billion.
