    BAGHDAD / The Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Economy and Investment Representative Harith al-Harthy said on Tuesday that the government has caused the House of Representatives a big mistake in the budget, pointing out that the error in not sending the final accounts by the government to parliament to know the expenses and financial revenues for the last year 2017.
    Al-Harithi told "Iraq News" that, from the legal and constitutional point of view, the House of Representatives is not entitled to approve the federal budget for 2018 without attaching the final accounts by the federal government.
    He added that "the government has caused the House of Representatives a legal and constitutional error not to send the final accounts to parliament, pointing out that the final accounts include financial revenues from oil and disbursements to government institutions and services and projects during the past year."
     The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Salim Jubouri, last week, the failure to meet the budget for the current year 2018 legal and constitutional conditions.
    The Parliamentary Finance Committee requested earlier that the Federal Government submit the final accounts for the years 2012 to the end of 2016 as the year ended. Finished
