The Spanish public prosecutor has been sentenced to at least two years in prison for Rab, who faces charges of glorifying terrorism and encouraging violence, insulting the Spanish royal crown and state institutions, including the police.
The national court ordered Pablo Rivadolla, known as Pablo Hassel, to be sentenced to two years in prison and fined 24,300 euros ($ 30,000).
Pablo Hassell, his real name Rivadola, was in the Madrid courtroom on Thursday to face charges of spreading messages between 2014 and 2016 in which he defended the Spanish armed group ETA and Grappo, two armed groups considered terrorist organizations in Spain.
The court heard accusations that it also insulted police and former King Juan Carlos in Twitter and in a song on YouTube.
The prosecutor also demanded a fine of approximately $ 30,000
In a tug-of-war on Wednesday, Hassel defended his actions and called the court "fascist" when he expected the verdict to be delivered within days.
The praise of terrorism is a crime in Spain, and there have been several trials because of messages on social media and both have raised controversy over freedom of expression in Spain.
